Courtney served as a court-appointed receiver for the Historical Pittsfield Building in Chicago, IL, which consists of over 40 stories and 590,000 sq ft. Courtney piloted the City’s most successful Community Receivership program to date where approximately 400 graduates received a designation as Receivership Specialist
